When Buhari’s Wife Replies Patience, Don’t Be Afraid Of Jail

Hajia Aishat Buhari, wife of the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), General Muhammadu Buhari has replied the wife President Goodluck Jonathan, Mrs. Patience Jonathan who has been campaigning that General Buhari will jail his political opponents if elected President in the March 28 election, saying Patience Jonathan needs not fear as Nigerians only want a change in the way Nigeria is being run presently.

Speaking at a mega rally where she interacted with Women in Edo State Thursday, Hajia Buhari said the PDP’s attempt to paint her husband black with the tar of religion is a desperate attempt to hoodwink the people, saying only those who want to loot the treasury campaign with religion which is at variance with politics.

She said: “Each zone of the country has its peculiar problems. For me in this zone, girl-child trafficking should be considered one of our problems, though I know there is unemployment.

Unemployment is the major factor that contributes to brain drain and also the girl-child trafficking. General Muhammadu Buhari is a leader who led Nigeria some decades ago and he is coming back now to sanitize the system.

“For those that are campaigning, saying that he is coming to jail Nigerians, I don’t know what their fear is. But they shouldn’t be afraid, because we are all yearning for change.

The insecurity in the country, the very poor healthcare system, lack of education and other basic necessities that people are lacking I believe Nigerians need somebody like General Muhammadu Buhari now.

“Already, they have painted him black, using religion. I’m happy today that Nigerians realize that they use religion as a cover to loot Nigeria.

Any politician who talks to you about religion is a liar; he only wants to loot the treasury and the little resources you ought to enjoy. So say no politics merging it with religion to deceive the people.

“I’m here today to let Edo women know that when my husband is elected into office as President, all these will be history. The insecurity, the girl-child trafficking, suffering of the widows in the South East will come to an end.

There must be a cultural design that can accommodate the widow. A design that would make the girl-child comfortable wherever she is in this country. She doesn’t have to leave her country to go and prostitute elsewhere, it’s not her portion.

Her portion is to have a highly standard and moral society for her to live in. Get married, have children, train them and also mold them to become the future leaders.

“We are here today to also let you know that the collection of your PVCs is important and don’t ever sell it. It’s like selling your future. If you sell it for N5,000, you won’t see N5,000 again until after four years which will be bad.

Get your PVC, vote for APC, vote for freedom, vote for a new Nigeria with good security, good education, good healthcare, good roads and all the basic necessities.”

In his address to the women, Governor Adams Oshiomhole urged them to vote for the APC since the PDP has failed in 16 years to deliver on electricity and other basic infrastructure.

I Can Act N*de For N1billion – Nollywood Actress Da Silva Reveals

 Popular Nollywood actress, Elizabeth Omowunmi Tekovi Da Silva a.k.a. Liz Da Silva, has revealed in a new interview some things that will interest you!

The Nollywood actress  in a new interview has revealed that she can act nu*de in a movie if she is paid the sum of N1 billion. This she made known during press time while on her pet project “The Ankara Day”.

“I can do anything in acting. There is no limit to what I can do on stage as an actress because I’m a professional actress and I don’t care because that role I am playing is touching somebody somewhere.If you give me a nu*de role that has something to teach people, and does not affect any culture and tradition, I will do it. That is why I am an actress. I don’t care what people might say or think about me,” the actress said.

The married actress who also made known that her husband will not mind her acting nu*de said:  “I am sure my husband will be happy about it if he confirmed by account is loaded. People should keep criticizing while I keep spending the N1 billionlargesse from the role”.

She however spoke on her pet project peaking on her pet which comes up on 27 December, saying:

“The concept behind Ankara Day is to promote unity of Africans through our culture, assist the less privileged through donation made on Ankara Day yearly, and to appreciate our culture through our way of life, for instance our mode of dressing, to keep our bond as actors.

“The programmes for the event include: choreography, stage play (pantomime), Ewi, panegyric music, fashion parade, dance troupe and musical performance. Popular Actress Toyin Aimakhu will anchor the event, while Wasiu Alabi Pasuma amongs others will entertain the guests.”

The True story behind Silverbird’s Aishat Mustapha’s death (Graphic Picture)

There were viral reports on the gruesome murder of Silverbird television employee, Aishat Noble Mustapha. She was stabbed on Saturday 14th March, soon after she returned home from work.

An eyewitness who resides in her neigbhourhood in Ogudu GRA, Lagos, has now shared the true story with YNaija, so sad, read it below:

The eyewitness said the following:

“It happened around 8pm on Saturday night.  She had gone in after returning from work, and then this man visited her. No one paid attention until we started hearing arguments.

The guy also resides in the estate, he is a married man and we could hear her threatening him, saying she will tell his wife about the pregnancy she had for him. The man was shouting back, and he got angry when she said she will report to his wife….but after a while, the argument stopped and there was no more shouting. Moments later, she ran out of the house with scars all over her body, and while running she fell into the gutter.”

How Neighbors found her:

“That was when neighbors found her. She was still breathing so she was rushed to a specialist hospital along Ogudu road then to the General Hospital in Gbagada, but no one wanted to admit her without a police report…it was when she was taken to the police station, that she gave up the ghost.”

The knife that was used in stabbing her:

We saw a knife with blood in the compound but by the time the police came to pick up the knife, they didn’t see it again, someone had taken it but I don’t know who.

The suspect:

The guy (married man) was with neighbors all through, running up and down with the good Samaritans but he has now been arrested and is now in detention at Area F Police station close to the estate. This is so sad, she was a young promising and beautiful woman, she lost her sister just last year.  It’s like it is the guy that rented the apartment for her.

UNILAG student was murdered this morning

A UNILAG student was murdered in the early hours of today

University of Lagos student was killed in the wee hours of this morning, around 12 am.

Eyewitnesses, who heard the gun shot, said  that it was as a result of a cult clash.

The student was seen sprawled on the floor and covered in his own pool of blood.

We are yet to confirm if indeed he was a student of the school or if it was a cult clash but we will update once we do so.
