OMG....Is This Chika Ike?

Beautiful Actress Chika Ike wore this outfit to the premiere of Murder at Prime Suite which held at the Genesis Cinema in Lagos last night.

I am not on about the dress or whether it suits her.I am on about her face, she does not look like the Chika we know and this is certainly not her best look.

She still looks beautiful alright but judging from her the pic of her face we are used to seeing, looks like she thinks too much make up will make her look even more beautiful.

Do you agree with me that her make up is too much or am i just being an 'Olofofo' by pointing this out?
Sorry for the poor picture quality.

Nkiru Sylvanus Where Are You

You are staring into the face of one of the most talented actress out of the stables of Nollywood...I don't know if she still acts but her career suffered greatly when she accepted that special assistant job that Governor Rochas Okorocha offered her.

In those days,if Nkiru takes on a crying role,be sure that everyone watching cried with her..she was so good.

Nkiru please come back to acting if you still can...we miss ya.....abi?

In Support Of #Ese Walters...Abuja Preacher Calls Out Pastor Biodun Of #COZA

COZA Pastor's sex Scandals

This is getting messier than evisaged.I dont know what to make of this...Please read the report of an abuja based preacher who in trying to get pastor Biodun to repent, recounts all his dirty deeds...THIS IS MESSY!

God where are you?your church is under attack....

For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed.”Isaiah 9:16 . Let them alone: they be leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch. Matt 15:14

I was going to be silent on this sad, pathetic but true (in many shades) allegation against Pastor B and his popular and trendy ministry. My silence was borne out of respect for the kingdom of God and things that pertain to God. But all this changed when I heard the horrific tales of people who had been through the mess of this blind man, and the fact that he had no moral motivation to deny or accept the allegation; all he showed on Sunday was a demented swagger and perverse talk.

My sole purpose in writing this piece is to open the eyes of the world and believers to the hypocrisy and nonsense behind the pulpit, and to plea that these wolves and blind men stop deflating the faith of people who Christ died for. I am a Pastor, a full time minister at that, and I shall not sit back whilethe name of my God, the ministry, and the works of other shepherds is brought to disrepute by the activities, action and inaction of a few blind men behind the pulpit.

I am tired of the nonsense of religion crying out, “touch not my anointed”; does this mean we cannot rebuke ourselves when we err, this much Paul did to Peter when he erred in Galatians 2:11 “But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed”. It is therefore pertinent that I rebuke the wolves in shepherd’s clothing’s. It is time to set the record straight, and please don’t sell me the bullocks of judge not, I haven’t said anyone is going to hell, but of course if they don’t change, they have only one path.

It is high time we told the truth, which is plain, simple and without coloration. The stories of Franca and Ese is not only true but they are just a few tales of the tantalizing sex escapades of this clergy. This has been a recurring decimal in the ministry of the clergyman. This wasn’t the first time these stories will come forth, for those old COZA members, for those who were there when he was in Ilorin, when the church moved to Pipeline Road, Ilorin, having left Kwara Hotel, they will remember there was a time when the Pastor was suspended from ministering by his Father in the Lord, Rev Oset of Canaan Ministries. Rev. Oset sent guest ministers to the church every Sunday after that, but still Pastor B in his deceit will still minister in the pretence of introducing the guest minister, while he exhorts for minutes. I therefore laugh in mockery when He says his wife loves him, the woman has no choice. His core circle of Pastor Wole (Ilorin Chapter, the only man who maybe clean), and Pastor Flo (COZA, Lagos) knows of this fact, little wonder Ese said Pastor Flo said he knows about their adventures in that hotel room in London.

This is not the story of a hater; I don’t want or envy anything he has. He cannot ever have what I have and carry; neither do I crave for what he has. I am sure no one in the city of Ilorin, where this man started is bemused by these stories, no one who finished from the University of Ilorin during the period of 2003-2008, and was not a blinded COZA member can be mightily shocked at these revelations. I have heard tales of many more victims, I even heard from a woman who knows five friends who were victims, I saw it online the other day of a guy who said he formally works for him and he knows up to 130 people, outrageous as it may sound that too is true. Rev Oset in true conscience cannot deny the knowledge of these negatives. But we are a nation of hypocrites and religious folks; we ask no questions of leaders, so they can hide under the canopy of religion, even when they are filthy. Anyone who asks is rebuked by those who say, the bible says pray. It is sad that those who say pray themselves have not prayed. But Pastor B is just a decimal in an ever mounting number of wolves in the Church of Christ.

Someone told me yesterday that this can’t be the end of him and his tyranny, because even in Ilorin in those days, the allegation was rolled under the rug. On Sunday, August 25, 2013, the man leading certain blind men under the veil of religion and ‘spiritism’ said God told him not to say anything, he then said they are preparing a robust response. Who is fooling who? We must not keep quiet and watch the bride of Christ, the church, rubbed and undignified in mud and slime by a filthily rich pastor who thinks he can do anything and get away with it.

It is a pity that we run sensational press and media outfit in this country, and that our press is blinded by religion. If this were to be ‘saner’ climes the press would by now be researching, there would by now be investigative journalism. The truth would be dogged up and resurrected to life. For this is not about a mistake that a Pastor made, it is about a filthy man’s way of life.

And then about, “teaching a new level of grace’; please be reminded that Grace is not a license to sin, rather it empowers us to live above sin. Romans 6:1-2 says, “What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?” In my years of being a Christian, studying God’s word, preaching the gospel, listening to sound teachers, I have not heard of a grace that gives permission to sin. Stop being deceived, grace is the new dispensation, according to Hebrew 8:6-12, and under grace we do not follow any written code, law or traditions. That is done away with. The tablet of Moses is over with. But we are not reckless sinners; we are under a new covenant based on better promises. God’s law is written in our minds and hearts. We live according to His dictates. The Holy Spirit and our conscience convicts and judges us respectively. This is the only way we live a holy life. God’s strength and empowerment is the grace to do according to that written by God in our hearts and minds.

I write this with a heavy heart, though I wish I never had to write this, but I pray this madness stops. I know many who have stopped going to church, many whose faith has been derailed by the act of madness of this man, and many blind men like him. If they are not going to heaven, let them stop taking men out of the straight and narrow. No one understands the pain in meeting a man, whose faith has been derailed by a man who was supposed to help establish him. For such a man, words can’t bring him back, the best we can do is to pray and hope. I indulge the clergy to be of a higher moral standard.

My candid advice to the church at this end time is that the church must grow in knowledge; it’s high time we stopped bamboozling you. You must stop making idols of men. You must stop making men such as I, substitute for the Holy Ghost. Honour us; revere us… but that is where it ends. Without the Call, the Oil, and the Holy Spirit; we are mere mortal. But know for sure that this too shall pass; only the truth of the Gospel of the Kingdom abides forever.

For Pastor B and his sense making COZA people, remember the word of Christ in Matthew 15:14. How many of you even live life bearing the fruit of righteousness. Stop being blind, the ditch is close by. Look into this case, ask your pastor questions, seek genuine answers and not emotional rhetorics, hold him responsible, and do not forget the word of God, “then shall they know if they follow to know…” I am sure evidence abound. Seek to know from some key PCU members (who may need to be deposited in Gods ICU). Its time you hear not only about grace, but HOLINESS without which no one will see the Lord.

Finally don’t bother praying against me, I can say like Paul, “For me to die is gain, to live is Christ”, but I cannot even go now, because I am yet to fully finish the task set before me. Don’t waste your time using misguided scriptural interpretation. This I write is true, and I am sorry if you don’t like it. Your Pastor, and every other wolf whose conscience is not seared knows it is the complete true.

God bless you.
God bless His Church
God bless Nigeria

Iyanya, Yvonne Nelson And I? Mere Publicity Stunt –Tonto Dike

...
Nollywood actress, Tonto Dike on a television talk show, Rubbing Minds’ responded to Iyanya, in her reaction to the singer’s statement on same show that he would rather marry Genevieve, date Yvonne Nelson and dust Tonto Dike off.The actress said she wasn’t bothered about what Iyanya said. According to her, she hardly knew Iyanya and only loved him as a fan.
“It is surprising when I tell people that I don’t really know him. I have met him just once or twice, and I don’t know him. Although I admire his work, I like him and love him as a fan. I don’t know him personally.
“I don’t come out to defend myself; I think people just take advantage of that. I think it was a publicity stunt actually. I did not enjoy it, why would I enjoy the publicity? It is not like I am enjoying it. I saw him last in London when I fell on the stage. My hosting his event in London was all part of the publicity, they just keyed in. It was money; it was work,” she said.

Beverly Osu – I was shocked when I came out of the house and learnt that we had sex.

Beverly-Osu-jaguda
In an interview with Nonye Ben-Nwankwo, Big Brother Africa Housemate, Beverly Osu explained her relationship with Angelo, the South African housemate. When asked how come it was Angelo she fell in love with in the house, she said,
“I had so many options to choose from in the house but I wasn’t attracted to any of them. But for some reasons I still do not understand, I fell in love with Angelo. I got attracted to him from the first day I saw him. For now, I will see where the relationship will take us.”
How come you had sex with Angelo in the house?
“Angelo and I never had sex.I didn’t have sex in the house. I never had sex in the house. We didn’t have sex. It was not an option for us. I don’t know where the people outside got the story from. I was shocked when I came out of the house and learnt that we had sex. I cannot take my bath with a swimming suit. We all take our bath naked. I shouldn’t be singled out because I went for a reality show. I am not different”
What of all the other intimate things you did with Angelo? Didn’t you mind that the whole world was watching?
“Whatever I was doing with Angelo, I didn’t even think I was on TV. It was just the two of us. We didn’t plan anything, we were just happy. No matter how people will look at it, I don’t regret anything I did with Angelo. I didn’t bring out the video and said everybody should look at me. Big Brother brought out the video.
Don’t you think you embarrassed Nigeria in the house?
“I was in the house to represent Nigeria. Of all the people that went for the audition, I was chosen. If anybody feels he can do better, he should go and get BBA form next year and apply and get in the house. I know I represented Nigeria very well”

Hold up! Did Burna Boy just sub Davido?

Burna Boy
A handful on Burna Boy‘s fans feel he has taken a subliminal shot at fellow artiste Davido with a comment he recently made.
I wish I had a rich dad or relative that got shit done 4 me. God knows best sha‘, Burna Boy aired his thought on micro-blogging website Twitter hours ago. We can’t tell for sure what or who Burna was referring to but Twitter fans have assumed he was taking a direct shot at billionaire kid Davido.
‘Haahahhahahaha,DAVIDO(omo baba olowo) see ur life! Bt wait o,Burna dey feel bad, sowie boo,wen uar cumin nxt in life choose a rich dad like DAVIDO.lol‘, a comment read.
Burna boy please kindly STFU…… You don’t have a rich dad/relative yet you went to Corona then London before you chose the music path..keep comparing yourself with Davido instead of being thankful..‘, another comment read.
It’s no secret that Davido who is often referred to as ‘Omo baba olowo‘ has always gotten full support from his billionaire dad Deji Adeleke.
But then again can’t a brother just air his thoughts out?

‘I am the best rapper in Nigeria’ , Yung6ix declares on Twitter

Yung6ix
Last year, M.I crowned Yung6ix as the rap ‘King of the South’,What started out as a diss song has now turned into a war between two brilliant rappers,(yung 6ix and cyrus d virus) sadly there are no spoils to be shared here… a year later, the young yet-to-debut rapper is claiming to be better than the Choc Boy and every other rapper in Nigeria…
Yung6ix, a talented budding MC declared his new self acclaimed status on Twitter today (August 31, 2013); ‘I am the Best Rapper in Nigeria , if you have an opposing Opinion , now is the Best time to keep it to yourself #Controlstateofmind‘.
Obviously inspired by Kendrick Lamar’s recent declaration as being the ‘King of New York‘ and all the controversy it’s brought, Yung6ix is probably looking to spin some contention around himself.
Earlier this year, he took a swipe at a Benin-based rapper Cyrus tha Virus after the latter contested his (Yung6ix) claim to being the rap ‘King of the South’.
Yung6ix is signed to Storm 360. He says he will be releasing his debut album in 2013.

Saturday Celebrity Interview: “Don’t Care About What Anybody Says” The Self-Proclaimed ‘Man Of The Year’ Phyno Speaks on the Secret Behind his Mohawk, Success in the Music industry, Wearing Female Clothes & Much More.

To some he’s Chibuzor Nelson Azubuike, but to most, he’s the ‘Man of the year’, Phyno. Starting up as a producer in 2003, a decade of passion and hard work has seen the “Ghost Mode” rapper/producer move from ‘underground hype’ to a household name in Nigeria.
Having produced for the likes of Timaya, Flavour, Ruggedman, 2Shotz, Bracket, J Martins and Mr. Raw, Phyno found his way around the industry and decided to move to Lagos in 2007 so as to increase his impact.
By 2010, the eccentric producer decided to try his hands on the other side of the booth, starting his own Rap career, and Indigenous Igbo Rap has never been so cool ever since. The multiple hits to his credit as a producer and rapper, Phyno is putting final touches on his official debut album “No Guts, No Glory” slated to drop before the end of 2013.
Invited for a sit-down at the Capital Dreams Pictures’ office, Phyno opens up to Onos O about his journey in the music industry, life on tour, personal style, forthcoming projects and so much more.
Before you were “Phyno”, you were Chibuzor Nelson Azubuike. What was growing up like for you?
I won’t tell you that life was rosy and all that but it was actually fun. I grew up in Enugu. I did all my schooling in Enugu and graduated from IMT (Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu) with a degree in Public Administration. The only thing close to ever using my degree was my Industrial Training and I did it in a studio.
Where does your Rap moniker, ‘Phyno’ come from?
‘Phyno’ is my high school nickname. It was given to me by my close friends and it comes from the word,‘phenomenal’.
How long have you been in the Nigerian music industry?
E don tay oh! (laughs). I’ve been producing for quite a while, since 2003 but as an artiste, it has been since 2010.
How has the journey to stardom been for you?
Between 2003 and 2007, I was actually one of the biggest producers in the east, you can ask anybody. But, I’m the type of person that doesn’t stay comfortable in a spot for too long; I always like to step my game up. So, towards the end of 2007, I moved to Lagos and started ‘the hustle’ afresh. After working with some people and moving my stuff around, by 2010, I felt I was ripe enough to start making my own stuff.
Who inspired you to start rapping, after you had been producing for so many years?
I’ve always known I could rap but one of the people who had always been on my neck to record my own music wasTimaya, from the first moment I started working with him. I would also say that Mr. Raw and M.I have a huge part to play as well. Those are the three major people that convinced me to start recording my own stuff, after hearing me freestyle in the studio.
With the amount of buzz you have now, some influential critics said that you have stolen the throne of Indigenous Igbo Rap from Mr. Raw. How do you feel about that?
God forbid (laughs). Mr. Raw is my ‘father’ and I think I do a different kind of Rap music from him. People say I’m hard but I know I have my commercial potential as well. The only thing I have in common with ‘Raw is that we speak Igbo and we rap, but if you really listen deep, we don’t do the same kind of Rap music. The flows that ‘Raw uses to attack beats will start cracking you up immediately while I, on the other hand, take my flows very serious. I hate it when people say that because ‘Raw, even up till today, is somebody that I always look up to.
Since your single “Ghost Mode” featuring Olamide blew you up on the music scene in western Nigeria, rumours have arisen that you two are working on a collaboration mixtape or album. Can you confirm or deny them?
Initially, we were planning to work on a collaboration mixtape together. But, when I dropped my follow-up single,“Man Of The Year” (Obago) and Olamide dropped “Durosoke”, the demand for our individual albums got so high that we decided to change our directions. We’re still working together though. I just recorded something with him for his album that sounds even madder than “Ghost Mode”. I know we are still going to work on the project but we just have to satisfy the fans first.
Phyno & Olamide
What’s your relationship like with Illbliss and Clarence Peters?
They are more like family to me. I have a very strong affiliation with them, not really contract-based but we have an understanding. With regards to management, the same company that manages Illbliss, Chidinma, Ayoola andClarence Peters – the Goretti Company – manages me but my label is Sputnet Records. Then again, I run my own company, Penthauze Entertainment which is also the stable of artists like Runtown. So, that’s how everything goes but as for our relationship, it’s just an understanding. We all know where everybody has to put in something so that’s how it works for us.
Having been in the industry since 2003 as a producer, what songs would you regard as some of your biggest hits?
I think one of the biggest hits I’ve produced has to be my own song, “Ghost Mode”, because since 2003, I’ve been hustling and I’ve made big songs in the east. Since I came out, I’ve produced for almost everybody that came out from the east – Bracket, Flavour, J Martins, Mr. Raw, 2Shotz and Ruggedman, just to name a few, but those singles only reached a certain level. Another song I did that became a hit was “Life Anagaga” by Timaya featuring M.I.
From reading some of the comments on our fan page, it’s obvious that ladies love Phyno. Are you single?
I’m single and available.
Are you enjoying the single life or are you looking for ‘Mrs. Right’?
I’m still young.
Phyno - August 2013 - BellaNaija (4)
Do you have any celebrity crushes?
Genevieve of life! Genevieve Nnaji, the real Genevieve (laughs).
On the recently concluded nationwide tour with Star Music – ‘The Trek’ – you were billed to perform at a lot of their stops. What is life on tour like?
It was crazy. Apart from Agege, most of the venues that I performed at, I could actually perform ten songs back-to-back and my fans would sing along with me. I actually really enjoyed that tour very much.
Will you be on the road again anytime soon?
Yes, I will. We’re doing the Hennessy artistry now and I’ll be doing my South African tour by October. There are a couple of tours lined up already but with all of this, I still find time to squeeze in my own work because I really need to complete my album this year. Marketers are calling so I just really have to.
What’s your debut album going to be called?
No Guts, No Glory.
Are there any artistes we should be expecting you to collaborate with anytime soon?
Yeah! I’m working on stuff with Ice Prince Zamani but the other big collabos are under wraps right now. I don’t want to give away some of the surprises on my album.
Back to the tour, it’s common knowledge that a lot of artistes get a lot of love – approached by fans and ‘groupies’ – most especially when they are on the road. How do you handle the girls who come to knock on your hotel room door?
It depends on the kind of artiste you are talking about. Yes, we do get a lot of love but forget about anything you see, I’m a loner. I like my privacy. So, if we enter a city during a tour, as an artiste, I stay on my own to prepare yourself for the show, that is, unless of course I have a friend to show me the town with or I want to play catch up with. Apart from that, with any other person, whatever happens is their business oh! (laughs) That’s exactly how I see it because, as for me, my best friend is my headphones. Most times, I’m either working on new music or studying it so I can blow my fans away. Everybody has their own motives though.
For a Hip-Hop act, you have one of the most eccentric fashion styles in the industry. How do you keep us guessing what you’ll do next? Do you have a stylist?
Yes, I have a stylist but most of the stuff that you’ve seen me rock, I did it myself. Fashion is something that I know I have passion for. Sometimes, I look at things and think how I would have done them differently. So, instead of using someone else to do the experiment, I use myself. One good thing about it is that if you really want to achieve some things in styling, don’t care about what anybody says. Do it once and you’ll see that everybody will start doing it, even if it feels wrong.
From astronaut suits to flaunting a tattoo-covered chest, you’ve tried out a lot of different fashion. Are there any fashion items that you would never be caught dead in?
Hmm… (Long pause) The type of styling I do, I can almost wear anything but you can never catch me wearing a g-string, I’m sorry (laughs).I had to really think about it and I know that I’m the type of person that can come out wearing female clothes to achieve what I want but as for a g-string, no way.
Who are your style icons?
I love Kanye West and Pharrell Williams. I love Fred Durst from Limp Bizkit – that’s if he really wants to dress up though because sometimes, he can wear just a vest and shorts. There are just some stuff I pick but these are the three people. One thing I love about Kanye is his colour combinations. He really knows how to do it very well. Then, I loveJanelle Monae’s styling as well. She comes up with something very different and you know that she had to think before she comes up with her outfits.
How did you come up with your signature Mohawk hairdo?
I actually wanted to look different. I didn’t want to look regular. It was also inspired and ‘forced on me’ by Clarence Peters. After I showed him a video of popular American drummer, Travis Barker and told him that I could pull it off; when we were about to shoot the “Anam Achikwanu” video, he insisted that I do it. So, that was exactly how it came up.
Critics have insisted that most of the tattoos we see in your music videos are not real. Confirm or deny.
They should find out for themselves.
With your iconic hairstyle, you’ve been compared to a cartoon or a superhero. If you were to be a superhero, who would you be?
Superman na, Superman definitely. I also like this guy, Venom, although he’s not a superhero, from the Spiderman 3 movie. That’s one person whose character I really like but Superman is number one.
Phyno - August 2013 - BellaNaija (10)
What’s the next music video we should be expecting from you?
“Man Of The Year” (Obago) just dropped but I want to shoot my “Kush Music”. People are saying that my tempo has been very very slow and I know that “Kush Music” is actually extra slow; but there’s something about the song. When I went to Enugu to shoot the “Man Of The Year” (Obago) video, I actually realized that it’s one of the biggest songs in the whole East. In fact, when we started the video shoot, my fans from the street where I actually grew up thought we came to shoot “Kush Music” and not “Man Of The Year” (Obago). They were actually disappointed when we they heard “Man Of The Year” on the speakers so I can’t let them down. I’ll be shooting it in Lagos though.
Will we ever see you take a shot at any other industry, acting maybe?
It depends on the kind of pay involved. Igbo blood, what do you expect?
We loved chatting with Phyno and from BLACK ENTERTAINMENT, we wish him the very best!

My Life After Project Fame -- Monica Ogah

Monica Ogah winner of the musical reality show, Project Fame Season Four has debuted an album titled: ‘Something in August’ that consists of 11 tracks and featured artistes like her immediate project fame winner Chidinma and Wizboy.

Monica a native of Benue State in Nigeria, recently shared her experience after Project Fame with BOLAOLORUNTITO ADEBOLA and talks about her new album. Excerpts...

How long have you been singing?

I started singing at Sunday school service in the church; my mum was the choir mistress, so singing is what has been part of my family because it has been in our vein.

Is music a career to you or what?

Music is my life, music is something I love doing, like I said earlier, I grow up in a family where music runs through us, music is my passion and it’s what I love doing, can’t stop doing music, I have to keep doing it because I love to do it and isn’t that I don’t have other things doing but basically I can’t leave music and music can’t leave me because it’s my passion and I love doing it.

How do compare your album to other artistes?

Monica Ogah’s album is different from others because of its originality, more so I don’t want to sound like anybody, I don’t want to look like anyone, I just want to be me and make the originality in me stand out from others.

What should be expected in your album?

Well, my fans and the music lovers should expect mix-feelings from my album because it is a total package album which contain dancing, inspiration and courageous songs, if you want to dance, you will find a danceable song, if you want to get inspired, there’s inspirational song as well, the album consist of different kinds of music in one album.

Which of your songs are you promoting for the album?

Most of the songs in the album but ‘Body Hug’ is my number one song followed by ‘Suddenly’ which featured Chidinma, ‘End of Story’ and ‘Tomorrow’ produced by TY MIX.

Your songs have been played across the broadcast stations, has response been encouraging?

Well, so far the response has been very encouraging and I’m very much happy with the feedback on the album.

Following the positive response, have you been receiving calls for shows?

Yes, I’m getting couple of calls for shows but it is a gradual process, you can’t just break into the market just like that, so I am still in that process and it is not as if I didn’t get calls for shows, they are calling but it’s a gradual process.

Your album title ‘Sometime in August’, what the secret behind it?

Well; Sometime in August is today, Sometime in August I launched the album and Sometime in August I was born while a lot of things happened to me in Sometime August.

Has the Project Fame platform really helped you musically?

Project Fame has really helped, it isn’t easy to start music from the very scratch, it’s a big platform for someone to start music career, they give you the name, people recognize you because of the long days you are being featured on different television station across the nation and people recognize you immediately they see you, so it is easier to ride on that platform to start the journey from the nowhere because it is really more difficult to start the journey afresh because before you register your face and name in the industry, so the platform MTN giving to the young ones is really a good platform.
How has life been after Project Fame?

Life after project fame hasn’t been easy, but I give thanks to almighty God for been with me throughout and also to my family for the continuous support to my music career. But life after project fame is totally different, because you are facing a whole lot of different people, you are competing with the entire world, it’s a different game entirely, the whole West Africa would be watching you and monitoring you and competing with a lot of people to claim your stand in the industry it isn’t easy task, but I think it’s just a process for you to get what you need.

Being a singer do you prefer the digital recording than the live band?

Live band has always been part of me, I sing with the live band in my church before I started using studio and if you give me an option to pick between digital studio and live band, I would pick the live band because it gives me the opportunity to express myself, I won’t be restricted to sing the same way I sing in the album. With live band I have the ability to express myself, though there are other things I could do, it also help you as an artiste to show your diversity, like you are really an artiste, people that see you know this person can sing and I have always chose a live band.

Is any of your songs recorded with a live band in the studio?

In this part of the world it is hard to see a live band studio, but I make sure that some of songs sounded live; if you take time to listening to my songs, like ‘Tomorrow’ sounded as a live band production. But I would love to record in a live recording studio anytime.

What do you do apart from music?

Music is my number one priority; I would have different things doing, but won’t be doing just music, like my mum always said that it’s good when you have several things doing. So music is my number priority, music is my life and it’s my style and every other things I want to add up to it is just like I’m doing it with passion.

What is your relationship with other artiste?

I respect everybody and I have mutual relationship with them, I do respect them because it is not easy to be in the music industry and isn’t easy to be recognized, though we have a lot of artistes out there and the female artistes go through a lot of stress more than the men, so I really appreciate it whenever I see any female artiste, I respect them so much because I personally know it isn’t easy to be an artiste.

After project fame what has change in you?

Well, nothing really changes, you won’t believe it, it’s my normal Monica, I have to be free. I thank God its common from where I come from in Benue State, we all love to be simple with life, though nothing really change in me and the fame which project fame gave me hasn’t gotten into my head because I control it.

How have you been managing with your money and car?

Well, I thank God for my family, though we are not rich, but we are okay, I’m doing good with the money, managing it with my day-to-day activities and the car has been keeping one moving and I thank God for the life giving to me.

21 year old woman dedicates her life to sleeping with 100,000 men and she opened facebook page to complete her task

21 year old Polish woman, Ania Lisewka, (pictured above) has vowed to travel to every city across the world in a bizarre quest to sleep with 100,000 men.

According to reports, Ania, who has a serious boyfriend, has already embarked on her mission and has slept with 284 men so far, starting with cities in her home country, Poland.

Anna told the Austrian Times: 'I want men from Poland, Europe and all around the world. I love sex, fun and men. In Poland the subject of sex is still taboo and anyone who wants to fulfill their sexual fantasies is considered a deviant, a w**** or mentally ill.'

Ania is so determined to complete her task that she's set up a
Facebook pageand a website to keep people (interested in her exploits) up to date with her sex marathon.

GOING FORWARD by Ese Walter

About six months ago, I was watching a lot of Apple ads on YouTube and heard something that has never left me. You should watch the YouTube video, it’s truly inspiring. Here’s what I heard:
“Here’s to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in square holes, the ones who see things differently, they are not fond of rules and have no respect for the status quo.
You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them but the only
thing you can’t do, is ignore them because they change things.
They push the human race forward and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius because the people, who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”

The past week has ‘killed’ me. It has stripped me of whatever ‘self-importance’ I nursed in the corners of my mind. It has broken me and opened me up to my real self. It has brought me to a deeper level of self-awareness, one I am most grateful for.
When I sat with my MacBook to type my last blog, I never imagined it would generate the kind of attention it did and continues to. I have one last thing to say on this issue
before I lay it to rest and move on. (I also hope others can move on too, we
have too much going on in this Country to continue to peddle one for longer
than necessary.)
A very big thank you to everyone that has felt it necessary to talk about this issue and spread it throughout Nigeria and the foreign scene. I read every email sent to me with awe that people would take the time out to reach a total stranger like me. Some were cursing, calling me a witch from the pit of hell sent to destroy the church as though one individual/church is bigger than the body of Christ. As though God is mere man and would cringe in heaven saying, “Ese don did it this time.” Or as if
the good Book didn’t state clearly that ALL things work out for good for those
that love God.
Do you love God? If yes, trust that it will ALL turn around for good.
Some people say, ‘I support you, you are brave and courageous’ and I wonder if those terms really define me. I do not think I am brave or courageous. I do know, however that after decades of sleepwalking through life, I am now becoming aware not just of myself but also of my environment, my world, and the universe.
Some say, put out the evidence and we will believe you. Hmmm, the morning I sat to write that post, I really didn’t expect anyone to believe me. Well, apart from those involved. And my motive was simple, let one more woman be spared. Let one more minister of the gospel be mindful and let the church rise up to its responsibilities as God’s legal representatives here in the earth realm.
A copy of the ‘evidence’ is with a respected minister of the gospel should the christian body decide to deal with this issue now and that becomes needful. I am not looking to have a ‘me against them’ case where I need to prove I’m right and someone is wrong. I am far from right, but I have used the only means available to me to free myself of the bondage I put myself in.
Lastly, to all the media people seeking interviews and whatever else mailing me, I have nothing more to say on this issue. I cannot reply every email as reading them is beginning to seem like a new job.
I remember asking a friend once while reading the book of Acts, “Why do we no longer operate in the power the disciples did in Jesus day?” What has changed? How do we ‘unchange’ it?
God is not mocked, if we serve Him, let’s serve Him. We cannot continue to grow as a Nation by oppressing, delaying justice, hating, having the ME ME ME mentality. As Martin Luther King Jr said, ‘no one is free until we are all free.’
Things have got to change and it begins with us. It begins with each and every one of us borrowing courage to stand for what we believe in. Fela Durotoye once said, ‘that thing that annoys you most in society is a sign that you carry its solution.’ (I’m
paraphrasing)
Nothing has called out to me more than people, especially women, suffering in some way and hiding the pain. Whatever we cover doesn’t go away. It grows and it finds different outlets to rear its ugly head until we deal with it.
I am not perfect, I will never be, but I am enough to try what I feel might work. I don’t know what the entire bible says but I am learning and applying the little I find out
daily. And I think everyone owes it to himself or herself to figure it out for
themselves.
At the end of the day, we agree that ‘men of God’ are firstly men, right? This means it’s needless expecting them to help you in your growth with God. I fell into that trap of thinking a ‘man of God’ is equated to God and it is not new to find people fall in that hole.
How do you begin to learn to serve a God you have never seen? It takes another level of faith to do that but we live in a generation/Country where people don’t want to study for themselves. They don’t want to read the Scriptures. Well, they don’t want to read, period. They want to pursue things instead and have somebody do the praying and studying for them. If you fall in that category, you need to repent.
I learnt that when the veil was torn, we all were given equal access to the Father. No matter how long you may have been in church, if you don’t know what that means you better ask somebody. And seek a real relationship with the God you claim to serve.
That is what I am spending most of my time doing these days. Praying, studying, seeking, knocking. The peace I have felt despite all the hate mails and tantrums shows that God is not angry with me and I did what I needed to do to the best of my
understanding.
My apologies to everyone this has affected in one way or another.
Firstly, my family: I don’t know how you guys aren’t sick of me yet ;)
Secondly, ‘the body of Christ,’ my intention was never to cause trouble but to stop a rot I felt might spread and become worse if nobody spoke up about it.
Lastly, to those who said I shouldn’t blog again, I respect and understand your concerns but the truth is, writing is not just my gift, it is also my ‘curse’. I cannot ‘NOT’ write but I PROMISE, this is the last I will say on this issue except the christian body needs to see me.
God is building His church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. No sin is too big to wreck anyone’s faith. If it does, then it means it’s working out a greater good for you. You will definitely come out stronger and better in the end. Like my best friend says “in the end, it will be all right and if it ain’t alright, it’s not
the end.”
“…forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” Paul.
Cheers to the weekend people :D
